Heider Garcia, previously employed by Smartmatic, was the Elections Administrator for Tarrant County TX, when Tarrant County voted blue for the first time in history. I called bullshit then for sure. No way in hell would Fort Worth/Arlington and surrounding cities go blue for the likes of Biden!
