It's more complicated than that. Satan and Baphomet are not the same. Baphomet is a symbolic figure originating from the Knights Templar while Satan is the Christian Adversary. Molach was a lesser God (Satan is not) as was Baal. Both known for different things like child sacrafice for Molach and Fiery Sacrifices for Baal.
To say that every god in human history was Satan would be grossly inaccurate.
