I block all commercial interests, regardless of type, not for any other reason then that I am not here to promote anyone's business and I am not here to make any money for myself or anyone. Please don't take it the wrong way.
I support AUs allowing advertising, 100%.
It is only my personal choice not to engage in endorsements of any products, businesses, services, or ventures on AU and that's all.

Ditto here, I just block them all cause they're just looking for free advertising (how I see it anyways.) I DO know that I wouldn't be going all the way across country to get physical therapy, get my eyes checked, or go out of country for anything they're pushing. I am here to read, learn, share ideas (etc) and chime in sometimes. AU is great, and if somebody mentions their business in a reply...well, great; but to use it as a free advert. marketplace? Uh, nope...
