I'm so glad to hear that Arba! So glad that got done for you! Roofs are darn important.
I do need a new roof, but thankfully my old one is still holding. I used to do all that (any construction EXCEPT for wiring, I'd burn the house down) even commercial building, but knees just can't take roofing my own stuff no more. Tile is even a stretch.
Now a MEDBED could fix that.
