I found out yrs ago the best way to keep Children, Animals and ourselves healthy and not waking up dead before out time, is to avoid attending 'businesses' (or buying products) related to p'harma Drug/death Dealers... Unless it's an absolute emergency such as a Life or Death situation.
Nature nearly always has alternatives that they don't want us to know about..!
