I think Drop 4414 is very important. I don't think RED1,2,3,4,5,&6 are supposed to happen in order, because I can't pin point when RED2 or 3 happened, maybe they haven't, yet, but rather, giving instructions to the people (loyalists) who received the EAM. I could be wrong, but I think when one of the RED's happen then certain actions are to be performed.
