Do provisions of the UCMJ apply to anyone involved in the unlawful prosecution & incarceration of Tina Peters who is a Political Prisoner being held against her will and in blatant violation of a Presidential Pardon in Colorado?

I would love to hear an authoritative debate on where we actually are in this war - you know, like a sign in an airport with an arrow pointing to where you stand… where you can look around and see that this much actually makes sense.

I suppose use of UCMJ in this case could depend on if we are a federal republic or a corporation, if we are operating under admiral law or not, if we are in a continuation of government plan under devolution, if we are in a martix, or if by chance we are actually dealing with malevolent beings from another planet, in which case Space Force may just fall back to the UCMJ as well.

I might have suspected that we would be more broadly enforcing the Insurrection Act, some article of the Constitution, or at least Natural Law by now.
