Cheryl, there is no statute of limitations on murder, and it's pretty darn clear your Dad was the victim of foul play. From what QTSR is telling us, there are ways in a Quantum world of getting to the 100% TRUTH of such matters and without question a full MILITARY investigation is warranted, IMO. I hope and pray this is made a priority and that a FULL INVESTIGATION is launched regardless of time passed and that a real measure of justice and accountability is served.
This matter must be fully Investigated.
