TINA PETERS CASE WAS NEVER A STATE OF COLORADO CASE. ...FOUND THAT THE SUPREME COURT WAS DERELICT IN THEIR DUTY TO INTERVENE WHEN THE COLORADO GOVERNOR TOOK OVER THIS CASE AND TRIED TINA IN A STATE COURT. It is insane that THE SUPREME COURT was allowed to violate the classification of THIS CASE and let the STATE OF COLORADO TAKE OVER A CASE THAT did not belong to them.
