i DO apologise. i saw the 22nd and stuck with that date. i had to ask my hubby about the start date an he told me the 21. so i guess i was all wet on this one.. there has to be a reason he did that.. there is never a reason for his actions that were not for his reasons.. possible to allow them to do what they wanted as they were anyway.. even tho not following consitutional law. . being in the BAR did allow them to do marine law even but did they even follow that is a question. their rational is so OFF to me. thank you for the education..
