We live in hope, BUT, we must temper it with reality...
I long for the med bed, and, unlimited free power... but I am not going to adjust my life until they are a physical reality... not just a longing for a lovely idea.
When I was a teen, I used to read science fiction, consume it like air... I was a lonely kid... But, my imagination was fired, and, I believe, that phase has allowed me to engage amazing ideas, without being consumed by them.
