Turns out it was
INTERNAL SHINGLES

Avoiding modern 'medicine' has pushed me to research for probable causes and treat myself.
Two weeks ago, I began having slight internal pain on my right side.
It gradually worsened over a few days to sharp pains that were excruciating 😩
A week later a dark red rash appeared on my side, then a few on my abdomen.
Looked exactly like online photos of shingles.
Like most, I had chicken pox as a child, but for 60 years NEVER developed shingles!
Now, all of a sudden it appears out of nowhere 🧐

You just want the intense pain to go away.
So you dig for answers.
Today the pain is sporadic and very mild, and the lesions are fading.
