We're in a Constitutional Republic so Law Enforcement should have thanked him and filed his complaint as a VICTIM, and instead they did the INVERSE, which means they (all involved on the prosecution side including the DA) should have all their electronic devices FISA-ed and immediately be interrogated by DOJ or MILITARY while simultaneously throwing out all said charges against this American WHO PREVENTED THESE PERPS FROM GOING OUT AND HURTING MORE INNOCENT PEOPLE THAT NIGHT.
