This was a Citizen's Arrest, and bringing him up on charges is a TRAVESTY. CORRUPT PROSECUTORS & COPS.
The offending Perps used their vehicle as a weapon resulting in injuries.
Whatever force was required to subdue them was justified and the injured party showed excellent control in NOT shooting the Violent Perps.
Crashing a car into someone IS VIOLENCE, so response was justified to subdue them until Law Enforcement arrived.
Perps should have not done it in the first place, HARMING OTHERS, and at least should have tried rendering assistance and wait there until Police & EMS arrived to take responsibility, but they tried FLEEING, BECAUSE THEY ARE CRIMINALS.
