I think he was abused for decades there because of the scars on his body by the time he reached his forties. His back was covered in scars. He was 6'4" and extremely handsome. As his guardian later in life I had to help him with toiletries & it seemed obvious he had been raped a lot. I SO SO wish his perpetrators could be brought to JUSTICE. The State had a file on him that they would not share with me and I wonder if it was for their protection from a lawsuit over his abuse in their system.
