I was honored by it. It’s a very distinguished board.
I was surprised by it & I was honored by it.
We saved the building.
The building was in such bad shape both physically, financially
& every other way.
Now it’s very solid, very strong..
The Kennedy Center is really back strongly
it was in very very bad shape physically.
We’re going to get congress to put up a lot of money
& a lot of people put up a lot of money
We had a lot of donors coming in in record numbers.
WE SAVED THE KENNEDY CENTER.
They have a lot of Board members
& they voted unanimously & I was very honored by it 🫡💕
