If "God" is against evil, why is there any evil at all?

By definition, an all-powerful God could create perfection for all life in the universe, without threats or sacrifices.

The only logical explanation is the truth.

God isn't a character in the story, but all the characters and stories combined. We're all extensions of God, expressing individual free will.

Assistance can only be given by individuals with free will. The only individuals that choose to help Earth are the "angels" we call Galactic Federation.

The reason Earth can't have full disclosure until the Shift is because much of the population has confused malevolent ETs with God, and now reject the benevolent ETs using their free will to help us.
