December vibrational shifts and ascending symptoms

December is very important for vibrational shift.
The frequencies coming from the central sun are and will be very strong, more than previous months because they are reactivating physical bodies.

There will be a abrupt change in vibrational energy and metabolism, but it’s all part of the change, don’t be alarmed.
