NEW: Tonight, the House passed the Kayla Hamilton Act, with 201 Democrats voting against it. The legislation would enhance gang affiliation screenings for unaccompanied migrant minors who cross the border illegally. It’s named after an autistic 20-year-old woman who was murdered by a 16-year-old illegal alien MS-13 gang member from El Salvador.

Walter Javier Martinez pleaded guilty to first degree murder in April.
