fentanyl is used in surgery procedures in small amounts of course. when i was in the hosp. it sat on the anesthesia table without any cover or control. since it can kill easily and if taken you just refill it. i always wondered why this was allowed to be there or at least a control drug as all narcotics are.... that was 30 years ago. no body ever questioned it but me. now i wonder if it will be allowed at all even under scrutiny..
