to me, never unexpected. the two nations were never at each other. putin would take advantage of whoever was leading without respect as he knew who he was dealing with.he also got needed dialogue to get them later.. as will be noted. i look forward to seeing them all work together in the future to bring this world to a safer place. its what he has been doing the past few years. not killing the people but killing the enemy. we shall see the truths soon.
