Update on my Granddaughter and her mom...

She has H1N1

iga deficiency put her at the higher risk group and they are keeping her in the hospital until she gets past the danger period.

She is still on the IV and not taking a bottle or eating any foods herself. The nurses are in and out of the room constantly.

Oh my Kris. i am so sorry to hear this. i missed that post i guess but my computer was not working for some reason. so i was out of commision in receiving anything.. Prayers and love to you and your family. how hard it is to see our grandbabies sick and we are helpless,, but prayer and smiles from the granma is always a source of comfort to them.. please keep us in the loop as to how she is doing.. blessings of the angels wings surrounding and protecting her from harm going forward and sending those nasty germs away.

I have a bit of a funny cute story...

My granddaughter was given a banana, and so she is holding it in her grasp and simply will not let go of it for some reason. But, she placed it on her tummy to wave hello and goodbye to me.

I got to see and talk to her for a little bit, she looked so tired and sad. I asked her to show me her banana and she proudly reached down on her stomach and pointed to it! Like, there ya go... And I got a little bit of a smile!!! She is a real trooper! I am so proud of her! 👼

poor thing. how old is she? i am sorry i didnt know as i would have responded.. i feel bad about that and dont know why i didnt get it but i am not getting a lot of stuff. i got hacked again thru this site. they take over my mouse. little smiles are the blessings.
