THE STATE OF COLORADO, INCORPORATED 1876 is a "corporation", privately & foreign owned, and even if it was American-owned, HAS ZERO AUTHORITY UNDER THE CONSTITUTION TO EVEN EXIST, let alone to deprive the People of Colorado (including Tina Peters) of their In-A-Lienable Rights, property and wealth.
NOWHERE IN THE AMERICAN CONSTITUTION IS THERE ANY MENTIONS OF CORPORATIONS BEING ALLOWED TO BE OUR GOVERNMENT.
Therefore, COLORADO, INC., is a FRAUD, with no Lawful Authority over Anyone or Anything, operating in full violation of 18 U.S. Code § 242 - Deprivation of rights under color of law.
Actually, it is an ORGANIZED CRIMINAL SYNDICATE and that is not mentioned in our American Constitution, either.
