All funds have been downloaded into the QFS. Everything was ready to go. They just needed to flip the switch. The switch would be flipped by the Military in consultation with the Chinese Elders.
Once the QFS happens the med beds will be available. There were three kinds:

2. Intellectual: can make you smarter.
3. Will cure Alzheimer’s, Cancer, polio, etc and can make you 20-30 years younger.
Humanitarian programs can go through Charlie Ward who will have access to humanitarian funds.
