Minneapolis Police Officer was able to submit thousands of dollars in overtime while working at a second job

“A Minneapolis Police Department crime prevention specialist is accused of charging 81 hours of overtime at the same time working a second job for the University of Minnesota Police.”

“He never reported his second job as a cultural liaison with the University of Minnesota Department of Public Safety to his primary employer MPD as would be required.

Besides the alleged double billing, he's accused of claiming to attend 17 hours of neighborhood association meetings on duty that never happened”

Apparently in Minnesota there are essentially no checks for anything and you can commit as much fraud as you want

not enough hours in the day yet theyve been contributing to their pension numbers for decades also..
