with T at the helm i cannot see how he had a plan made before the destruction and take down so there would be no wait and transition time would be minimal.. only common sense..

The white hats must be building a "safety net" of sorts under us, so when the old system collapses, as scary as it might appear, there is a sound foundation and we won't really fall into disaster.
