The birthright citizenship should have never gone this far. But, leave it to attorney's and others who, over the years, changed this Constitutional Amendment. The section was originally meant for slaves back in the 1800's. The part that states " subject to the jurisdiction there of" is meant for the person giving birth here in the USA, if they were Chinese then the child born would be of Chinese origin, NOT a US citizen!!
