Well, I am living proof that Celery does help the body heal itself. My pancreas went rock solid hard back in 2020-early 2021. Very very painful. My doc wanted me to go down to the hospital and have it removed immediately. I was stubborn and looked it up online and found celery. I have been taking it ever since and I have my pancreas still and I completely befuddled my doctor.

Also, I have painful neuropathy and retinopathy, went completely blind over 6 years ago. Had both my retinas detached again via surgery but I am blind in one eye. Yes, our body does need it, I suppose if I needed it, it meant my body was depleted of it.

Doctors today are useless. I bought this book, The Forgotten Home Apothecary by Nicle Apelian. It has 250 remedies, that our ancestors used. I still haven't gotten to all of it. I haven't been to an actual doctor, except when I have to redo my DOT physical. I don't trust them
