This is why i have a problem with these talkers. If this is true they are like children and should be treated as such.
Yet we look at them as members of society that we can apply systems to when convenient.
There is nothing i can apply accountability for on these graduates. Because i can not ask of them anything that demands responsibility-If you can't read you should not vote
