Well it is with a heavy heart that soon I will have to say good bye to my little pun'kin. Shes 13 1/2 yrs old and dementia is hitting her. its been a struggle and its been difficult for me to constantly having to get her where she needs to be. She is starting to refuse foods..certain kinds. I always wondered who would go first... Carley or Callie. This is Carley. Callie is 14 yrs old with a whole slue of health issues but she is still going. Carley has issues as well but the dementia is really taking a toll on her. I am trying to gather funds so that I can do an in-home euth and cremation. its not cheap..but i cannot see any other way I would want my babies to go. At home is best for everyone..other dogs included to see. So as soon as I can raise the funds...I will send her off. I was planning on waiting til after Christmas but geezz..she isnt doing well so it is time. I will miss this little stinker... She has been with me since 2014....all the way from a N Carolina shelter to Texas.
