For me#3 works, I love exercising especially outdoors hiking, and I do gain energy each time I go out! But yes, for me, and yeah not doing the cold showers! Good to know but just not for me!

I did those before, when we had no water heater for a year. Nope, not doing that ever again!!! Did polar bear swims when younger, and just glad I could say I did those, not sure I could again!
