Getting upset when a meme is copied or shared without express permission is missing the point. Memes are ideas we put into pictures and send out into the world to become whatever they becomes. To set up "rules" about how and when they can be used is to suffocate a meme's ability to spread. Make an impact. To say "this is my meme! You can't share it" is to put the focus on the maker, not the message.
