Well, that's different in regards to tunnels. You can actually track the war on them tunnels & DUMBs over at USGS' website. They have an earthquake tracker. Gene Decode told us the Alliance got weapons that are basically clean nukes, no fallout, and they are set on the ground (or designed to get to the ocean floor) then a high power laser bores it into the ground at nearly freefall rate, then at the set depth like 10km, 5km, 3km whatever it goes BOOM 💥! Instant earthquake!
Real earthquakes have a P and S Wave, but explosions only have an S Wave - that's the real determining factor. I just look at depths for telltale.
