POTUS using the term "tortured" has very serious implications under the Law.
"Torture" is a violation of EO 13818.
"Torture" is a CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY.
"Torture" is a WAR CRIME during time of War under the UCMJ/Geneva Convention.
Then there are "Terrorism" implications in this matter; the State's Officials, Courts, Fake Media being the "Terrorists".
The definition of Terrorism is very broad, and we are At War, the AUMF 2001 has NOT been rescinded. THE WAR AGAINST TERROR.
