🚨BREAKING: Chicago serial woman puncher has been arrested AGAIN
William Livingston, 32, was charged with two felony counts of aggravated battery in a public place
Police say Livingston was identified as the man who struck two women, ages 40 and 29, on June 12
He previously spent time in jail for punching several other women
Kathleen Miles, a mother of 11 from Lake Villa, was punched on August 19
Livingston was named a suspect and taken into custody
CPD records show he had seven arrests in the past 10 years for similar attacks, including two in 2017 and aggravated assault charges in 2015 and 2016
He faced four felony counts of aggravated battery for the early 2022 attack
