I hope the parents get to sue the ass off the school + everyone at that school who let her (and others) down. Name and shame them, get the message out... 'This is not OK, and Will NOT Be Tolerated.

Yeah, that's what I mean, She had every right to do what was needed to get him away. Harassment should/could have been 'nipped in the bud' when she first reported it.
