A KUWL Parable on Spirits & The Spirit
Biological and Neurological Truth
From a purely physiological standpoint, alcohol is a neurotoxin. Even in small amounts, it impairs neural communication, dulls the prefrontal cortex (our seat of reason, empathy, and moral discernment), and distorts the delicate electrical and vibrational signaling of our nervous system.
While moderate consumption can transiently release dopamine or relax muscle tension, those effects are compensatory - the body’s attempt to maintain homeostasis against the intrusion of a chemical stressor. The “relaxation” is not restoration; it’s a short-term illusion that leaves subtle disharmony afterward.
In short: there is no net neurological benefit. The cost to the nervous system, cellular energy balance, and mitochondrial function outweighs any temporary sense of relief.

YES ! the reason you feel woosy is because it is literally a MYCOTOXIN poisoning your liver. (body) if you drink to much you Vomit, the body's way of trying to get rid of it. Drink way to much and you can die. What is Cirrohsis of the liver....FUNGUS from the mycotoxins/mold from Alcohol.
Me too, been 25 years :) I was not an alcoholic, but other health/ liver issues.
A computer + alcohol didn't mix well for me. I just stopped drinking after getting my first computer. That was when Netscape Navigator still existed. A long time ago.
