ASCENSION UPDATE
An increase in sinus mucous as well as phlegm currently and over the coming days is due to a massive cellular regenesis of the left brain and eye area. The cells are being replaced with more evolved cells and DNA structures, and the old cells are being ejected, purged through the mucous membrane.
It is important to allow for this to flow freely and do not attempt to impede this process, the dead cell discharge is important.
The increased SonSun activity carries the rapid encoding to the regenesis effect.
