My old girl had her puppy shots before I got her at eight months. Nothing since and only a couple of vets visits (eye infection) and she's the ripe old age of 16yrs and seems to have life in her yet.

I grew up with our pets never needing a vet, So something I felt instinctively not to do. Interesting when you listen to your gut.
