Seen one on an Omish farm when I was picking peppers, have seen them since I was little ,lol .. young people think they are brown, they have never seen a red one except in a children's book. Soo sad 😔

I have seen the ladybugs and the asian beetle look-alikes.

This time of the year our house is invaded by the Asian beetle look-alikes. Vacuum them up almost daily, otherwise we'd be picking them out of our food and hair. They also bite!

Remember seeing ads in the Organic Gardening magazines to buy asian beetles for your garden... this was in the 80's. Someone must have bought a pile of them and they multiplied like crazy.

The real Lady bugs can make it just fine all winter, the asian beetles not so much so invade any warm buildings.

I did see a true Ladybug yesterday while in the garden, made me smile! We don't see the true ladybugs much anymore.
