Aaron Siri Testifies at Sen. Ron Johnson’s Hearing: 7.7% of V-safe Participants Sought Medical Care After COVID Vaccination
Nearly three years of litigation were needed to uncover what was supposed to be a “transparent” CDC safety-monitoring system. Attorney Aaron Siri revealed during Sen. Ron Johnson’s hearing that the CDC fought to keep V-safe data hidden — even though over 10 million Americans voluntarily submitted their post-vaccine health experiences.
The V-safe program, launched alongside the first COVID shots in December 2020, was billed as a cutting-edge safety system to quickly detect issues. But Siri’s investigation with the Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN) found major flaws: the system was structured to collect only “expected” mild reactions, while excluding boxes for serious conditions like myocarditis or blood clotting — despite CDC’s own internal recognition that such issues could occur.
