I just watched the netflix mini series about the murder of Jon-Benet Ramsey. I kept getting flashes of JB beng trafficked by her father (parents?) They spoke of having dinner with friends the night before which was Christmas night. (They never say where) Near the end there is a picture on the wall coloured by JB which said Jay's Pasta Kids. Suddenly a flash of 'Thats where it happened' came over me. I researched Jays's in Boulder, owned by Jay L Elowsky. (strangely I can't click into the link refering to him) There are other Elowskys who could be related. One who has many papers on trauma related psychology. Jay;s Pasta specializes in sauces .
