Experimental military aircraft (sub orbital)?

Could of been in done in the shape of a Q. Don't know how many here "follow" Juan 'o Savin. He says that the D/S, occultist, or what have you are slaves to numbers. Q is number 17. 17 has a significant meaning to them. The reason why Q was chosen was to try and claim that number back (and letter). Bring those numerals and letters back into the light if you will. This could be an attempt to do just that.
