God is all knowing, He is omnipresent, omniscient and omnipotent. He is everywhere at all times. He created the Universe, He can be whatever and whoever He wants to be, a burning bush, water gushing from a split boulder, a Babe in the womb of a virgin and a man hanging on cross to save the world from sin, ascending through a cloth and leaving His image for all all the world to see.
