Dear Mr President,

I am writing to request that you declare an Emergency due to Government shutdown, to reallocate the authorized funds payable to Congress and put it into the Federal SNAP/Food programs to feed our most vulnerable during this time. You are within your Power to utilize those funds already authorized since Congress is not doing their jobs and supporting their constituents, I do not feel they should be paid at all during this shutdown.
