was surprised he handed out candy to the kids but with the timing it would be too close and would not want to have the kids knowing of this at this time. they will have time to process it over the next year. lots of kids last night in my area. i wouldnt know cause i didnt look out the window even. hubby went to neighbors house as they sat outside with candy and a liquid gift to a parent if so desired.. if no lights were on then they didnt bother you. hubby enjoyed the social aspect, but told him i wanted nothing to do with any of it..never was my thing even as a kid..i only went cause everyone did but didnt like it.guess my intuition as a child was already in the works but of course no one else would understand it.
