You can cure a lot of things with Baking Soda because it turns your body alkali, and that kills pathogens including molds, parasites and harmful bacteria. They can't take an alkali pH but your body can and benefits from it.
We normally put a 1/2 teaspoon of Bob's Red Mill naturally produced (not chemically produced) baking soda in a cup of water and slam it ON AN EMPTY STOMACH and it does wonders. Learned this after fam got mold-exposed, all got very ill, went to Medical Establishment and got NO relief, then later took baking soda and immediately started recovering. A RED PILL moment, then went on to research MMS aka Chlorine Dioxide.
Brush teeth with baking soda, too.

I don't recommend spitting coconut oil down the drain, however...unless you wanna call plumbers a lot! 😂 It sets up hard as a rock in cold water!

Try adding a little lemon juice and honey to your water and baking soda. It makes a lovely tea.

That's a treatment we use in our home whenever someone starts feeling that sore throat coming on, too. Honey Lemon tea, and baking soda +water separately. Baking soda water on an empty stomach. 😃 I would think the lemon would be canceled out by the baking soda, tho, and visa versa. That's why one can't take baking soda with food, it's canceled out by stomach acid.

I have been using baking soda to brush my teeth for about 5 years now and they are whiter then they ever have been and I don't have problems with them loke I did with toothpaste.

I do too but I mix a little coconut oil with it. It keeps the baking soda from being too abrasive on my teeth plus gives my teeth and mouth a great slippery feeling.

Too much of anything isn't healthy. I've been taking 1/2 teaspoon for years and feel great. Best thing is pay attention to how one's body reacts to everything. Everyone is different.
One can even literally do themselves in drinking too much water, so just be sensible and pay attention to the body and how one feels.
Baking soda is another cancer cure, BTW.
