After General MacArthur achieved Victory over the Empire of Japan in WWII, he DID NOT seek vengeance or retaliation against the Japanese People as many Generals, Admirals & Americans wanted.
MacArthur instead set out to transform Japan into a more peaceful society. 🕊️
He showed them RESPECT while also showing American Strength.
MacArthur even respectfully brought the Japanese Emperor down to HUMAN level, for all to see.
When General MacArthur left Japan, the Japanese People paid him the highest honors previously reserved ONLY for their Emperor.
So many things coming FULL CIRCLE.
