I know I was buying this stuff in a can & when I first bought it, I thought hummmm, good!
After I used up I went back to buy more & I was shocked how much the price had increased & kept watching that puppy & it just kept raising😤

Maybe doing a bit of research, asking reputable online Natural Health website etc, which brand is, and which isn't recommended by people, and why.

ALDI has an excellent Sicilian extra virgin olive oil 'Val Di Mazara P.D.O.' - that is certified by a Control Body authorized by the Competent Ministry (Consorzio de Tutela) - Italy. It costs $10/bottle and is just perfect - turns cloudy in the refrigerator - have been buying it for two years... 😊
The real good olive oil gels up when put in the fridge. The olive oil mixed with other oils doesn't.

Yep... and the stronger and peppery-er it is the better, I read that to mean the more it hurts my throught😟, the more beneficial it is..😜
