I was going through emails, trying to make space, and I found this mp4 from some years ago. I do not know who is speaking or where this video was captured from. It is a good one, so maybe I am just meant to share it with everyone here. Maybe you have seen it before. Maybe you know who is speaking. Maybe you know if it is part of a longer documentary.
The voice sounds like Joe M. The maker of the 'Q, The Plan to Save the World series. This may be a part of that series. Don't remember seeing this part specifically

Guess I assumed it was...like the rest. Maybe I was wrong. But it was monumentally closer than this person was at the time. Do you have anything relevant to contribute? Are you sure Im wrong?
Before the "Plan to Save the World," Joe, then still under the name Joseph Masepos (if I remember correctly), posted a first video with a similar context, but not so brilliant. Following this video, he explicitly thanked John Jr. (who was also the speaker of this video). He later deleted this part. Also, remember the call to the Coast Guard shortly after John's plane crashed. The same voice.
